Our mission at BHS is to provide effective, culturally sensitive behavioral health counseling related treatment to CRIT Tribal members as well as other American Indians and Alaskan Natives residing within the exterior boundaries of the Colorado River Indian Tribal lands. The outpatient care program is designed for individuals of all ages and families who are in need of therapeutic and supportive counseling meant to empower individuals in need of services.

Before an intake can be scheduled, the following information is required:

Birth Certificate (minors)

AHCCCS Card or Insurance card (if applicable)

Tribal ID or CIB

Social Security Card

Court Order (if applicable)

Guardianship Documents (if applicable)

Drivers License/State ID (adults)

Transportation is available to all clients who have scheduled appointments or are attending group.
