Alcohol AND Substance Abuse Program (ASAP)

MISSION STATEMENT

To provide effective, culturally sensitive substance abuse related treatment to CRIT Tribal Members as well as other IHS eligible American Indians/Alaskan Natives residing within the exterior boundaries of the Colorado River Indian Tribal Lands.

This team of specialists stays current on substance abuse treatment best practices through annual trainings.

ASAP services are provided in an outpatient setting. We provide counseling services to Tribal Members who are in need of services for substance use/misuse issues. In order to be eligible for these services, you must be an enrolled Tribal Member of the Colorado River Indian Tribes and/or an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe (or descendant of such), and/or an Indian Health Service (IHS) eligible American Indian (AI) and/or Alaskan Native (AN) residing within the exterior boundaries of the Colorado River Indian Lands.

* Drivers License/State ID

* Birth Certificate

* Tribal ID or Certificate of Indian Blood

(CIB) (or letter of descendancy)

* Social Security Card

* Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System

(AHCCCS) or Insurance Card (if applicable)

* Court Order
